Andrea Anders
Anders is from Madison, Wisconsin. She was born and raised in DeForest but is currently at Los Angeles. In 1993 she completed her graduation from DeForest Area High school in DeForest Wisconsin. Anders received the Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from the University of Wisconsin Stevens Point in 1997. She graduated in 2001 and earned an M.A. in Fine Arts from Rutgers University. Anders was with Matt LeBlanc from 2006 until 2015. The two met on the sets of Joey the show that ended in a sitcom. Sean Anders directed her in the movies "Sex Drive" as well as "Never Been Thawed". Anders began working in theatres in the year 2001. She was an understudy for Mary Louise Parker in the Broadway production of Proof and also later played in the role of Elaine Robinson in The Graduate. On the Jump was her debut appearance on The Arena Stage. New Doors was held at the Guthrie Theater. Two New York Stage & Film productions: Cold/Tender and New World Rhapsody were also staged by New York Stage & Film. Anders debuted on stage in Fat Pig, a Geffen Playhouse production. Fat Pig was closed by July 1st 2007. Anders played Jeannie, an accountant. Anders first appearance on television was in a Dannon advertisement that ran around the middle of the 1990s. Then she appeared on TV again in the year 2006. Anders' most famous characters include Nicole Allen, a former wife of a footballer as in The Class and Joey as Alex Garrett (a lawyer). In both cases she was present on every episode, but they were both removed from the air. Anders appeared in guest roles on One Life to Live (as Donna Degenhart), Law & Order (as Heather), The Guiding Light as well as Tru Calling. The actress was in five episodes on the HBO the drama Oz in 2003 as Donna Degenhart in 2003, she also made a small appearance in the film The Stepford Wives, playing the part of Heather as well as the film Sex Drive as Brandy. Anders was also seen on Numb3rs that aired in the year 2008. Anders is also featured in two TV pilots that did not succeed. Spellbound as well as News To Me were the two television pilots which failed. Anders most recently was cast for the part of Better Off Ted by Victor Fresco which is an ABC comedy for the workplace that's shot on a single cam.
